National Coming Out Day

My proudest achievements were leading the UK National Coming Out Day (NCOD) presentation. I was inspired by Australian Green MP Stephen Bates coming out in his first parliament speech, so I wanted to promote the office as a welcoming environment. I pre-recorded video interviews with people who were openly gay and happy to share their coming out story, as well as their advice on how to make an office a safe space. I used Adobe Premiere Pro to make a video of their collective answers, which was displayed to the whole office by the senior partner, who was the head of the LGBTQIA+ group worldwide.
